Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first good, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marvelous Marmots, represented by Andreas Greimel and Thomas Greimel, Feldstr. 15a, 84405 Dorfen, Germany, Phone: +49 8081 5048754, Email: contact@marvelousmarmots.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
